A refreshing cake recipe, just right to celebrate midsummer, our new weblog and the fabulous life in Dali. Recipe is for a 30cm tarte tin.
Crust
made from 300g flour, 50g whole wheat flour, 150g butter, 100g sugar, 2eggs, 2 tbsp cold water. Line a tart tin with that dough and cool for at least 30 minutes.
